Andrey Makiyevskiy

Andrey Makiyevskiy specializes in transforming ideas into world-changing products. His primary focus is on the entertainment, e-commerce and tech industries where he works with people across the globe to develop and build innovative companies and products.

He directed his first show at the age of 15 years old and has worked in the entertainment and event management industries for over five years now. At just 19 years of age, Andrey Makiyevskiy is the Chief Executive Officer of AIM Events, one of the world’s first companies to combine event management with an exclusive nightlife membership service.

He has spoken publicly at TedX and the United Nations on subjects as varied and important as education and change. He is also an advisor to companies across the globe including ones like Fablemaze, a film and TV production company.

Jorge Gorroño Piedra

Jorge Gorroño Piedra

Jorge Gorroño Piedra focuses on developing ideas that will improve companies worldwide. He has the ability to see into aspects of the firm that are not so obvious to the rest. He has been working across the globe with his father which enabled him to delve into various key markets.

He started working at the age of 15 years old and now helps with his father’s firms around the globe. His experience in the last two years has helped him to develop his assets as a strong businessman. He believes in creating meaningful relationships with clients and partners to foster long-term partnerships. He serves as the Vice President of Client Acquisition at AIM Events and is the Co-founder of the All Access and Seasonal memberships.

He also specializes in marketing and is taking part in the United Nations Educational Program at the University of Cass in London, United Kingdom. His mission at AIM Events is to revolutionize the hospitality industry and craft an international community of clients and partners.

Kate Maguire

Kate Maguire

Kate Maguire is part of the growing community of entrepreneurs who have been building their business careers from an early age. Kate has worked on a broad range of projects including the EY Entrepreneur of the Year awards program where she conducted research on the Entrepreneurs who are building rapidly scaling businesses in a range of Industries. Kate went on to work in one of these thriving businesses which was 3D4Medical. 3D4Medical is a global leader in transforming medical learning using their ground-breaking 3D software, where she developed the company’s app as well as their website. Kate also worked in the International Tax Division of KPMG where she focused on accounting, finance and international corporate taxation. Kate is one of the Directors of AIM Events and provides Financial Advisory support to this company.

Michael Travin

Mr. Michael Travin has been in the media business for 30 years. Starting the Resident Magazine in 1988, Resident soon became an INC 500 fastest growing company. In 2001, Michael being an ambitious entrepreneur with a creative talent started Encompass Media which is a diversified outdoor and event company. Encompass also landed on the INC fastest-growing private companies list. Michael Travin is now a successful real estate developer in New York and South Florida focusing on high-end residential properties.

Ryan Sullivan

Ryan Sullivan

Ryan’s professional experience consists of a background in music and event management. He has played an integral part of worldwide tours and festivals for artists such as Selena Gomez, The Weeknd, G Eazy and others. Ryan was also involved in the planning and execution of many of the day to day aspects of touring for a wide array of artists. His responsibilities gave me an in depth look into event planning and management on an international level. Ryan is currently working with Universal music in the Brand Partnerships department where he works with all record labels under Universal Music Group. In his role, Ryan is responsible for developing, executing and managing marketing campaigns for UMG music artists with promotional and retail partners such as Coca-Cola, American Express, National Basketball Association, Anheuser-Busch, Wal-Mart, and Procter & Gamble. Prior to starting his music career, Ryan was the Co-Founder of a mens apparel line called Stork which he helped build and was also the Head of Operations before the company was acquired.
